Summary: These Terms govern your use of the MyBlueLodge website and mobile application, including SMS one-time passcodes for login.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using MyBlueLodge (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MyBlueLodge provides a website and mobile application that may include account access and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
4. Account security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and device access.
- You agree not to share your one-time passcode (OTP) with anyone.
- You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. SMS One-Time Passcode (OTP) Program
Program name: MyBlueLodge Login Codes
When you attempt to log in and request a code, we will send a one-time passcode via SMS to the phone number you provide. These messages are transactional and sent only in response to your login request.
- Message frequency: Varies based on login attempts.
- Message and data rates: May apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Supported carriers: Most US carriers; delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed.
- Help: Email support@mybluelodge.app.
- Opt-out: Because OTP messages are triggered by login requests, the primary way to stop them is to stop requesting login codes. If you text STOP to our sending number, carriers may block further messages from that number to your device, which may prevent future login via SMS.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including abuse of OTP requests.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
7. Third-party services
We may use third-party services to provide parts of the Service (for example, SMS delivery providers such as Twilio). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its content are owned by MyBlueLodge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. SMS delivery can be delayed or blocked by carriers and is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBlueLodge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyBlueLodge from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Service.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice within the Service.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
